Saudi Arabia Employment Visa Requirements:

Visa block number, with electronic power of attorney against, made to the applicant.

Copy of employment contract with job title as per power of attorney.

Certified copy of qualification from Saudi Arabia cultural bureau (for specific jobs only).

Medical report form, filled and signed by a UK health center, legalised by British foreign office.

Original passport valid for more than sixty days.

Dully filled and signed application form.

Two recent passport size photos.

India Business Visa Requirements:

Passport valid for a minimum of 180 days with at least two blank pages.
Two recent 50 mm * 50 mm size photographs. Please check the Photo Specification
Filled applicationapplication and declarationdeclaration forms (all the columns of the form are mandatory and must be filled Printed and duly signed)
One original signed letter from the company in UK & one Letter of invitation from an Indian Company Both the letters need to contain the below information: Addressed to High Commission of India or Consulate General of India, Birmingham, or Consulate General of India, Edinburgh
Letters need to on the company’s headed paper, letters need to be signed by authorised signatory of the company, proxy signature are not acceptable, should include applicant name, passport number, start and expiry dates, purpose of visit, duration of stay in India.

A letter of invitation from the relevant NGO/ organization/ company/ agency in Afghanistan to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan.
The business’s Registration Certificate with the Ministry of Economy in Afghanistan or registration document from Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA)
