Agency terms and conditions
The term ‘Able Can Travel’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of this website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. When you make a booking on this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. And have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the booking terms and conditions. which are governed by English Law, and the jurisdiction of the English courts. You may however choose the law and jurisdiction of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales if you wish to do so.
Your financial protection
Many of the flights, flight-plus and flights inclusive holidays on this website (www.ablecan.co.uk), are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But the ATOL scheme does not apply to all flights and flight-plus or flight inclusive holidays available on this website. If you do not receive an ATOL certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL certificate but not all the parts of your trip are listed, then those parts are not protected. ATOL protection does not apply to Low-Cost airlines flights, your flight electronic ticket will be issued instantly by the Low-Cost airline you booked you flight with. Bookings & Reservations
We act solely as intermediary between you and the flight’s provider airline. When you book a flight on this website you enter into a direct contractual agreement legally binding with the airline/provider of service, and the booking terms and conditions apply. Flight details and rule are shown on search result page below every flight priced, as well as luggage allowance and information. It’s your responsibility to read and print flight details and rule.
Prices and Payments
Price shown on flight search result page includes Fare, Tax and Fuel surcharges. Card payment charges of 1.9% will added to flight price shown on search result, the total amount you pay will be shown after you click book to basket. Payment process is powered by Barclaycard international secured payment gateway.
All tickets on this website are electronic tickets, you will not receive paper ticket. Low-Cost airlines ticket/tickets are issued instantly by the airline you booked your flight with. Flag airlines and other airlines tickets, your electronic ticket/tickets will be emailed to you/ email used for completing the booking, same day or within 24 hours.
Flight cancellation, changes and refund policy listed on flight details, are the airline’s policy. In addition to airline’s charges, Able Can Travel will charge £30 admin fees. Please please read, print or save flight rule before making your booking. For Low-Cost flights cancellation, changes and refunds please contact the provider airline’s customer service. For other airlines please contact Able Can Travel.
When cancelling your flight or in case of now show for non refundable flight, some or whole of the airport tax paid can still be claimed and refunded. Able Can Travel will refund this amount to the card used for making the payment.
All Hotels available on our website/booking portal are for reservation only. When making an Hotel reservation on this website. Your contract/agreement will be with the Hotel you reserved with, which is legally binding by accepting our agency terms and conditions. You must accept the Hotel’s terms and conditions. We do not collect payment for reserved/ booked Hotel room. Please read Hotel rule before confirming you reservation. You card details will be transmitted to the Hotel for security purpose, through secured payment gateway. If Room’s rates are are displayed as deposit then the Hotel might charge a deposit or the full amount for your stay. If displayed as guarantee the Hotel will only charge you penalty charge for no show. Please make sure you cancel the booking with the Hotel within permitted time if you have change of plan.
All Car Hire available on our website/booking portal are for reservation only. When making a Car Hire reservation on this website. Your contract/agreement will be with Car hire provider company, which is legally binding by accepting our agency terms and conditions. You must accept the Car Hire company’s terms and conditions. We do not collect payment for reserved car hire. Please read Car provider’s rule for reserving the car for hire before confirming your reservation.
